The awards give shopping centres in both Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to be recognised, according to their size, in one of five major marketing categories – Branding and Repositioning; Digital Initiative Community; Development and Redevelopment; and Sales Promotion . All entrants are also in the running for the industry’s highest honour – the ‘Sabina Rust Memorial Prize for Campaign of the Year’.
Entries for the 2017 Shopping Centre Council of Australia Marketing Awards can be received from any shopping centre or group of shopping centres in Australia for marketing campaigns established between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017. Shopping centres in New Zealand owned by Australian companies are also eligible to enter.
There are very strict guidelines on the format of entry. Entries which do not conform will not be accepted. Further details can be found in the 2017 Call for Entries Booklet.
The nomination fee is $400 plus GST, payable at the time of submission.
